Our Teachers

Ten years in wellness. A lifetime learning to listen.

Ermina came to yoga through science and stayed for something quieter. A degree in Physical Education and Sport Science from the University of Athens. Ten years in the wellness industry. A teacher training with YogaWorks Greece, then a specialisation in Injury Management.

On paper, she’s the teacher who knows exactly why your shoulder hurts. In practice, she’s the one who reminds you that the body was never the problem, only the way we stopped listening to it.

Her classes are intelligent, deliberate, and quietly demanding. She’ll cue you into a pose you thought you couldn’t hold, then remind you that strength was never the point. Ermina teaches from the belief that movement, done well, is a kind of coming home.

Eleni

A student before a teacher. Always both.

Eleni’s path to yoga wasn’t a discovery, it was a defection. She studied physiotherapy in Thessaloniki with a thesis on yoga as therapeutic movement, and by the time she finished, she couldn’t go back.

The practice had won. She traded her clinical career for a 200-hour training with YogaWorks, then flew to India for 300 more, and is now deep in a 300-hour training with Eric Paskel and Rina Jakubowicz, going deeper still into the philosophy that runs beneath everything.

Twelve years of teaching, and the thirst hasn’t dulled. Eleni teaches the way she learns, with total presence, and the belief that what she carries only matters if she gives it away.

Anthi

“The path is inward. The guide is within.”

For Anthi, yoga started as a path of self-discovery and became something closer to a way of being. Eight years of teaching. Over 700 hours of formal training.

Her classes weave the fluidity of vinyasa with the depth of meditation and the wisdom of several yogic traditions, never one method applied to a room, but a practice shaped for the people in it that day.

She teaches from a single conviction: yoga isn’t about self-improvement. It’s about self-experience. About moving, breathing, and observing what was already there.

Her students leave more present, more aware, and more themselves than when they walked in, which is, for Anthi, the whole point.

Vladimiros

Strong body. Present self.

Vladimiros came to yoga looking for a way to connect with his body. What he found instead was a practice that trained something bigger: awareness, balance, and presence in the middle of everyday life. His classes are dynamic and alive, built on the belief that the room should feel like it’s for you, not for the pose. Movement, breath, and focus find each other naturally.

He teaches with real attention to alignment, because a body that moves well can move for a lifetime. But underneath the technique is something quieter: the belief that yoga is a way of coming back to yourself. On the mat. And everywhere else.

Dimitra

An architect’s mind. A yogi’s heart.

Dimitra found yoga in London nine years ago and never really left the mat. She teaches with an architect’s mind, she has one, which shows up in the sequencing: intelligent, considered, built with a real sense of shape and progression. Five years of teaching. Over 600 hours of formal training. Certifications across dynamic styles like Rocket and Mandala Vinyasa, and a real love for the slower, quieter, yin-textured practices that live at the other end of the spectrum.

Her classes are playful. She’ll challenge you and make you laugh in the same breath. And she teaches from a truth she comes back to constantly: that yoga was never about the perfect pose. It’s about how you show up. On the mat, and everywhere the mat can’t follow you.

Nikos

Twenty years in. Still learning. Still teaching.

Nikos has spent twenty years at the intersection of yoga and sport science. A BSc from Brunel University. A Master’s in Sport and Leisure Management. Advanced training across Athens and Los Angeles. Certifications with Mike Boyle in Functional Strength, and with NASM in Corrective Exercise and Performance Enhancement. What that looks like in a class: safe sequencing, functional strength, and a sense that someone in the room is watching the way your body actually moves, and adjusting the practice to fit it.

Nikos teaches what he trains. He believes yoga should build a body you can live in, not just for the next class, but for the next thirty years. His students leave stronger, safer, and more confident in what their bodies can do. And that, for Nikos, is the whole point.

Ionas

From the track to the mat. Same discipline, different destination.

Ionas came to yoga through athletics. Years of competitive track taught him what strength really means and what discipline, endurance, and repetition build in a body over time. But it was yoga that opened up another dimension: the one where movement, breath, and presence stop being separate things and start belonging to the same practice. That’s when it stopped being training and became a way back to himself.

His classes are dynamic, honest, and built on real substance. He isn’t chasing the perfect pose. He’s building the experience that happens inside it. Come to move. Come to breathe. Come to leave the mat feeling stronger, quieter, and a little more connected to yourself than when you walked in.

Pinelopi

Your body already knows. My job is to help you listen.

Pinelopi came to yoga through a question. She was studying physiotherapy at the time, memorising muscles by day, still turning the question over by night: how does a body actually move, and why does it hurt the way it does? Yoga answered differently than she expected. Instead of isolating a joint, it asked her to feel the whole of herself. To notice rather than fix. That shift changed everything about how she teaches. Somewhere along the way, training other teachers became part of the story too, passing on not just poses, but the habit of paying attention.

She walks into a room not to correct anyone, but to help people notice what they’ve stopped noticing: their bodies, their minds, and the emotions living in between. She teaches from personal experience, and with real love. If there’s one thread running through everything she does, it’s this: your body already knows more than you think. Self-observation is self-correction is self-healing.
