About KōR Alive
Sun salutations and vinyasa flow. Heart open, body in motion, breath leading the way. This is KōR at its most kinetic — a class that builds heat, strength, and presence in one continuous wave. You’ll sweat. You’ll think. You’ll leave more confident than you walked in.
Benefits
- Full-body strength and cardiovascular endurance
- Improved mobility, posture, and breath capacity
- Mental clarity through movement
- Emotional release through honest effort
- Sustainable energy that carries through your day

About KōR Slow Flow
No sun salutations. Just static stretching and longer-held postures, breath after breath after breath. Don’t mistake slow for easy – this is deep, physical, demanding work. You’ll hold shapes long enough to feel your edges. You’ll build strength you didn’t know required stillness. The class teaches you that the most powerful changes often happen when nothing looks like it’s moving.
Benefits
- Deep muscle release and joint mobility
- Improved flexibility and skeletal alignment
- Posture correction and core integration
- Nervous system regulation

About Human Garage
Fascial Maneuvers – not stretching, not massage, not yoga. A practice built around fascia, the connective tissue that wraps every muscle, bone, and organ in the body and stores tension, trauma, and emotion long after the mind has moved on. Through targeted, repetitive movements, this class speaks directly to that tissue – releasing what’s been held, restoring range of motion, and reconnecting you to a body that already knows how to heal itself. No equipment. No pushing. Just you, learning to listen.
Benefits
- Releases deeply stored tension and stress
- Restores natural range of motion
- Supports emotional release alongside physical
- Improves posture and body awareness
- Complements every other practice in the studio
Breathwork
The most powerful drug you own – and you’ve been using it wrong your whole life.

About Breathwork
Breath is the one function that runs your entire physiology and the one you can consciously override – shift it, and you shift your nervous system, your oxygen efficiency, your state. This class combines functional breathing and controlled superventilation techniques to reset stress patterns, sharpen focus, and train your body to perform under pressure instead of collapsing under it. No incense, no vague promises – a trainable skill with a physiological mechanism behind it.
Benefits
- Resets the nervous system on demand
- Improves oxygen efficiency and physical performance
- Builds resilience to stress and pressure
- Sharpens focus and mental clarity
- Trains a skill you can use anywhere, anytime
Sound Healing
No poses. No effort. Just sound doing what words can’t.

About Sound Healing
You lie down. You do nothing. The sound does the rest. Layers of gongs, singing bowls, and resonant frequencies wash over the body, guiding the nervous system out of fight-or-flight and into deep rest – the state where actual repair happens. The body absorbs the healing sounds, the mind lets go, and what’s left is stillness most people forget they’re capable of.
Benefits
- Shifts the nervous system into deep rest
- Lowers stress and anxiety
- Improves sleep quality
- Deepens meditation and mind-body connection
- Zero effort required — just presence
Mindfulness
Not about emptying the mind. About finally being in the room with it.

About Mindfulness
This class trains attention the way a gym trains muscle – through repetition. Guided meditation, breath awareness, and present-moment practice teach you to notice a thought without being pulled into it, to sit with discomfort without reacting, to come back to now, again and again. The mind will wander. That’s not failure – that’s the rep. Over time, the skill carries off the mat: less reactivity, more choice, in the moments that actually matter.
Benefits
- Reduces reactivity to stress and negative thoughts
- Improves focus and present-moment awareness
- Builds emotional regulation over time
- Lowers baseline anxiety
- A skill that strengthens with practice, like any other
Beyond the Mat
The practices that make the practice complete.
At KōR, the mat is just the beginning. Alongside our daily yoga classes, we offer breathwork, meditation, mindfulness, sound healing and fascial release sessions – the practices that deepen everything else you do here.
Because yoga isn’t just what happens between the poses. It’s what happens because of them. Breathwork trains the body to stay calm under stress. Meditation trains the mind to stay steady in noise. Mindfulness trains awareness to stay present. Fascial release restores the tissues that carry every posture, every breath, every day of your life.
Together, they extend the work of the mat – and turn a practice into a way of living.
The Heart of KōR
KōR is curated by Eric Paskel and Rina Jakubowicz from a shared belief that practice has the power to transform the way we live.
After decades of teaching, studying, and exploring yoga and Vedanta around the world, they envisioned a space where movement becomes more than physical practice—a place where strength, awareness, community, and personal growth come together.
That vision found a home in Athens through a collaboration with the Holmes Place Group, whose passion for creating meaningful experiences has shaped a unique Active Wellness Ecosystem of movement, health, and lifestyle through brands including Holmes Place, Icon, Storm, Carve, Boost, and Well.
At the heart of KoR is Satsang (community and beyond) – the power of being in the company of people who share a commitment to learning, growth, and becoming more fully themselves.
More than a community, Satsang is a reminder that transformation does not happen alone. We grow through practice, through connection, and through the people who walk beside us.
KoR develops not only the body, but also the awareness, resilience, and presence needed to meet life more fully.
Because the greatest practice is not what happens in the studio.
It is how we show up in the world.
